One of CDC’s contributions apart from conducting research and program work has been to support the development of scientific
and public health leadership in Kenya.

Expanding public and private sources of data and improving and expanding tools to analyse, visualize and model data will increasingly allow researchers and policy-makers to identify patterns, problems and evidence for action.

Being at the front line in responding to the public health needs, there is need for health workers to have optimal access to HIV services including prevention, treatment, care and support at the workplace.
